Great place! I was very pleased with this salon. I was looking to get a trim and bought a Groupon which I was nervous of doing but I'm so happy I went to this place. All the staff was very friendly, it was easy to make an appointment and Cheri who cut my hair was excellent, she listed to what I needed and gave me exactly what I asked for. definitely recommend this place.

It was my first time at Aval. Found them via Groupon. I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were friendly and professional. Cheri not did a wonderful job styling my hair but was also very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back!

People are very nice. My hair turned out Ok. Mostly disappointed because my partial highlight consisted of very few foils and I can still see my roots. With a 280 dollar price tag plus tip I would expect more effort --but in the end my hair looks fine. I'll just have to get it done sooner than most places who pack a lot of foils and go down to the root. I won't be back.

I went there after purchasing a Groupon and was very pleased with the results! Heather gave me a complete makeover and made me feel super comfortable. I've gotten so many compliments on the cut and highlights! Overall I was very very happy with the entire experience.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this salon and the ladies who work there. Cheri is a goddess. Took my awful, untreated hair and made it look spectacular with full highlights, a great cut and style. She is such a good person and you can tell she really loves what she is doing. Second time here...will continue going back again and again. Thank you ladies so much! Will recommend to all my friends.

Today was my second visit to Aval Hair Salon. My first visit I had my hair cut by the owner, Valerie. As a first timer I was made to feel right at home. The receptionist treated me like an old friend and every person I encountered there was nicer and more accommodating than the last. Valerie did an amazing job with my hair and I got complements every where I went. Today I had Cheri do a special request color for me. I've been a client of Donna's at Aval Hair Salon for years. She is AMAZING. The best facials, mani/pedi... and she is an artist with your brows! The stylists here are wonderful and creative. They listen to you and make suggestions to insure you are happy. I would HIGHLY recommend Aval Hair Salon. They go above and beyond and will take good care of you.
