All I can say was that I was completely satisfied with my flowers! I can't thank them enough for how amazing the arrangements came out for my wedding! I had a orchid delivered to my wife's job in Miami for valentines day and have had to order her one every month since. She loves them! Wish Jenny's was closer to home, but every time I am in the Miami area I am sure to check them out and grab a bouquet or two for my kitchen. They light up our house and look so great.

I live in North Carolina and wanted to send flowers to my brother in law and family. Could not reach any shops in Valrico. None of the shops were answering the phone. The young lady who helped me at Jenny's was wonderful. She even help word the card for me. Delivery is today and she emailed me a picture of the finished flowers. Highly recommend them.

I love this shop and come here several times a month for flowers and plants. Alex and Julia are the most knowledgeable when it comes to every kind of plant and flower possible, and they have continued to help ensure all of my plant babies stay healthy. I would recommend Jenny's Flowers (and do quite often) to anyone looking for wedding flowers or any plant or floral specialty needs. Amazing customer service, they truly are the very best.

Extremely rude associate. I ordered an arrangement going to a funeral and only had $50 to send an arrangement to a funeral. I told the man if he could add the delivery charge to that price since it was all I had. The man that answered the phone told me that that was impossible, that he couldn't do an arrangement for a funeral for that small price and that he had to decline this order and rudely hung up on me. I work at a Flower Shop in DeLand and we would NEVER dare to decline an order to anyone just because they have insufficient funds ESPECIALLY if it's a funeral order, since it's something so

I'm out of town and sent Mother's Day flowers to my mom. They arrived half dead and then they overcharged me on top of it. When I called to discuss it they hung up on me. This is after four years of doing business with them. Wow! One problem and you just hang up on me? Screw that! Disputing the charge with credit card company and now I'm out for a FULL refund not just an adjustment. I won't be going to them ever again!
