Chip helped my wife and me in the process of buying our first house. He is prompt to respond and would even text me if he wasn't in a position to use the phone. I used to think that real estate people could be lumped into the same category as lawyers - basically, only-for-profit jerks that only see you as a dollar sign. That all changed with Chip Bubela. My husband and I had a horrible experience when the house we were trying to buy fell through at the last moment, 2 weeks before we were due to be moved out of our rental house. We were freaking out! But Chip swooped in and - da da daa daaa! - saved the day like freakin' Superman. He personally took over our case and assured us that he wouldn't let us be homeless. He always answered his phone
