What should I bring on my first visit? Please bring your insurance card and photo id, your physician's prescription, and loose fitting clothing so that you can be examined properly. We will send you a link to our patient portal so that you can upload your patient information prior to your appointment.
Orthopedic physical therapy utilizes manual therapy (hands on treatments), therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to help patients recover from their injuries. Our physical therapists are orthopedic specialists and experts in evaluating, treating and managing patients with orthopedic conditions.
Physical therapy is essential following most orthopedic surgeries. In fact, often it's a good idea to see your physical therapist prior to surgery to reduce swelling, restore range of motion, and improve strength so that you can have the best possible outcome after surgery.
Talk with your physician to determine when you should start physical therapy and schedule your rehabilitation visits prior to having surgery to ensure that you have the visits that you need immediately after your procedure.

Quest PT is run exceptionally well. Covid safety precautions are closely followed which I much appreciate. Tanya at the front desk is efficient makes the intake process and scheduling a breeze. I have had the pleasure of seeing both Anthony and Jeff over the years and can't say enough good things about them. They listen, are very skilled and knowledgeable, professional, plus caring and pleasant. I was actually scheduled for shoulder surgery after a lot of PT someplace else didn't help at all. Thankfully I decided to give PT another go around first. Anthony took a different approach and

This is hands down the best physical therapy clinic I have ever been to. I have been to 5+ clinics for surgical and injury rehab and have never received the level of attentiveness, professionalism, or affability displayed by the staff at Quest. Anthony Yengo is incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and cutting edge in his approach to patient care.
I have had some wonderful therapists and clinic experiences over the years, but Quest stands out in their genuine care for the patient as a whole. They look at the beyond the chief complaint to see the patient as a whole, taking into account the myriad

I had a shoulder pain issue. After reading all positive feedback here I decided to give it try there last year. Not impressed. People there are indeed friendly and careful (regarding covid). I do enjoy chatting with the therapist and the helper there. But my shoulder issue didn't improve much even after 3 months twice a week treatments. Also worth mentioning that they are not very transparent about the expense. I was told that out of pocket cost is max at $500, but there is no way to know the actual cost till the very end. And I ended up with receiving a $1300+ bill after I stopped the treatment

Like most of the medical providers, chiropractors or physical therapists, all they cared about was that their bills get paid in time. After $500+ and 5-6 sessions, as much as Jeff was nice and courteous, all they cared about was that I show up for the appointment. There was no follow-up or concern about wellness or even an iota of mention or concern about whether all those sessions and routine daily exercises made me feel any better. I still feel the same and they just "don't care", because their business runs on timely payments, not the wellness of their patients. If anything, they

I have been going here for a couple of months with Katie Hertzberg, DPT as my physical therapist. I've had a great experience with Katie, not only for her expertise but also for her empathy and compassion. I would highly recommend her. I have an ongoing undiagnosed condition that is stumping the specialists, but through the exercises I'm doing at home and Katie's PT, I get relief.
There are private consult/therapy rooms as well as a large workout room with various patients doing exercises and receiving treatments.

I came in for issues with my ankle, back, and shoulder. Ethan and the assistants did a great job explaining the sources of my pain, describing how the exercises would help, and walking me through my exercise plan. They were also able to help me modify the exercises based on what I was struggling with. I saw improvements in all of my pain over my months at Quest. I'll be coming back for any other chronic pain-related issues.

Everyone at Quest, Stephanie, Alex, Hannah, Tonya and Anthony are extremely professional and caring for their clients. All were dedicated to your well being. I appreciated the personal relationships as well as precise attention to my particular recovery. It was an experience I looked forward to twice a week. Dr Ethan and the entire staff at Quest are the best! I went here with some persistent pain that other PTs had told me wouldn't get much better. Dr Ethan included me in making a plan, and because of his positive approach and encouragement, the pain hasn't returned since and I sleep much better as a result! I appreciated that everyone in the office is friendly and on time - I would highly recommend Quest!

Jeff Mitsch and his aides were great. They actually listen to what you have to say. They encourage you to let them know how you are feeling and truly care about making you feel comfortable and getting you to 100%. They are tactful when it came to scheduling appointments and being ready when I arrived. Even a couple days before, I was able to schedule a few appointments out.
I had a total of 11 sessions. The true "pain" in my wrist was probably gone by the 8th session, but Jeff gave me the lead. I told him when I felt comfortable enough to stop physical therapy, rather than him telling

Katie hertberg is the best.
Got me back on track. Taught me how to stay on track and I've increased mobility and strength
Very knowledgeable and caring. Takes the time to listen and then steps into action.
I wouldn't be back in the game without her expertise.
Everyone is very nice
My first choice in plan and recovery. Hands down

They are truly professional, knowledgeable, and talented. I had knee surgery for a compound meniscus tear, as well as a micro-fracture procedure to repair damaged cartilage. Over the last few months, I have been able to work with both Ethan and Anthony, both of which proved exceptional. At every step, they knew exactly what I needed to build strength and increase my range of motion. Things have been going so well, that at a recent follow up with my surgeon, he stated that it looked like I was healing a full two months ahead of schedule.
