Sarah highlighted her hair to add lightness and low-lighted between to add more depth and dimension. Quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever received (and I’ve been to Supercuts). I understand that my hair is hard to work with, as it is thick and wavy, but I expect after paying close to $30 for a trim, I would walk out with something close to what I wanted. Going into the appointment, I asked for a trim and showed pictures of what my hair looked like in late October. Coming out, my hair was not only un-even on either side, some parts far too long on the top than the rest of the hair, $30 poorer, and my hair was maybe 3 inches shorter than I expected. It is safe to say that I will be looking

Been looking for a hairdresser closer to where I live instead of driving to Willimantic every three 8 weeks. I found That Look on line and read all the reviews, so decided to take a chance. I had a bayalage highlight appointment with Lori. She was awesome and really happy with my hair. I was also really impressed with how they adjusted for COVID-19 restrictions. Felt confident that they took proper precautions to create a safe environment. I've come here before and they always maintain a very clean salon as well as friendly professional team.

I have seen Marie at That Look Salon multiple times and I am always very happy with my hair! She listens to what you want, looks at Pinterest pictures with you, and asks questions to make sure she understands the look you're trying to achieve. The color has always been beautiful yet natural and this past appointment I let her put a few layers in my hair and I love it! She was very thorough with the cut. She is a calm and gentle person to talk for the ~2 hours in her chair and I am always so pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Marie!!

No precision with their cuts. I have tried this place on 2 separate occasions and was left with an uneven cut both times. Both cuts were just a basic bob that is slightly longer in the front than the back and both times the right side was noticeably longer than the left. I have also gotten high lights here twice. They do an okay job, but they are a little too thick of stands for my taste and look a little too streaky.
After the first experience, I thought I would go back and try another stylist. But after having the same result with a different stylist, I will not be returning.
