A family friendly salon. The staff always accommodates my entire family. Sometimes I need something done at the last minute and Heidi and her staff always make adjustments in their schedules. I 100 percent recommend this salon. As a team this year we decided to be the change we wish to see in the world.
We believe that every effort big or small makes a huge difference to the next person. Therefore, we started what we call "The Details Giving Tree". This tree is in the reception area at our salon and each team member throughout the year will pick a local cause, we will generate awareness of this cause and ask those who can to contribute to help others in our community rise against the odds.

The single use strips are designed for one day wear. They are applied to the eyelid to give the look of longer and fuller lashes with no commitment. When cared for properly, reusable lash strips can last with daily use for 4-6 weeks. Singles and flares are great for a special occasion. With proper care and maintenance singles and flares could last up to a week.

I'd love to connect and get your inner self relaxed and recharged - just like defragging a computer. Lead by example from dawn to dusk coaching my team as well as others its a passion I just can't step away from. I love being a lash technician because I feel lashes can change the way you feel. Lashes help bring out your eyes without the hassle of mascara.

Full disclosure I work at this salon but I wanted to review as a client because my 7 year old son is very particular about his hair and gets very upset if it is not just so. I guess it’s not cool to have your mom do your hair so I booked him an appointment with Jake who my son would see before at his previous salon. Jake listens to exactly what my son wants. I’m so happy to have someone who my son loves to go see!! Thank you Jake, Carson said this was his best haircut ever!!!

Came to details hair studio for a recoloring job done by Heidi, left feeling so confident and beautiful! When I wanted to change my color from a blonde to a brunette Heidi helped talk through the options to ensure that my hair would stay healthy. Just had my hair cut at Details Hair Studios in Norwich, CT . WOW!!!!!!. It's been more than 15 years since I had a really good hair cut or for that matter a cut I like.
Details has everything from how-to tips for styling your hair, to treatment repair products, to spa facials & massages. More than that their professionalism, and training is no less than up-scale salon; with very affordable fees. I was treated like a VIP.
Heidi really understood what I wanted and how to treat my hair issues. She instructed me in how to use my blow dryer and brush to achieve the style I like.
