These values are modeled by teachers and discussed during group times. Children develop trust in the classroom community through respectful and appropriate interactions with teachers and peers, and moral and ethical behaviors develop naturally.

Working with children is a very rewarding experience. Each day provides us with numerous adventures. All of our teachers embrace the Montessori philosophy and are willing to provide any on the job training that might be needed. Applications are always accepted, even when there are no immediate openings.
