My name is Brandon Merrill and I have been training people in fitness and nutrition with various background for several years. From elite athletes to people with special needs. My patience, innovation, and knowledge have always helped me find a way to achieve results with any client. In addition to being CPR, AED (automated external defibrillator), and First Aid Certified, I currently have 3 training certifications.

They truly care about their clients. The trainers are willing to work with your schedule and always have someone available for help. I have struggled with motivation and consistency in the past and these guys/ladies are more than trainers, they are friends, so they do genuinely care about your success.

The trainers make this a fun place to get your sweat on! Half the stuff doesn't seem like you're working out and once your muscles warm up half the time you are done and don't know it. The nutrition plan easy to follow and the recipes are so good. I'm eating way better and have never really been into dieting. So having the nutrition laid out so easily has made this something I can stick to! Call Jill and get in, best decision of your life.

I am a sports therapist so having a trainer that is attentive and watches my form is VERY important. in the past I have trained with many personal trainer and I would have to say that Strong Life fitness has some of the best trainers I have ever worked with! They pushed me but not to the point I would be worried to get injured. For such advanced training the pricing is very reasonable!
