We're an orthodontic specialty practice in El Paso, TX, with two office locations and a Board-certified orthodontist. John Hopkins graduate, DDS degree from Columbia, University of Rochester Certificate in Orthodontics, AAO Council Member, VIP Platinum Plus Invisalign provider. Lisa has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2006 and joined our team in 2017. Lisa worked chair-side for 10 years, starting first in general dentistry. Once she discovered her passion, she transitioned to orthodontics. Lisa is the first friendly smile you will see as you enter our office! She schedules new and existing patient appointments and she answers both office phone lines.
The orthodontic profession is truly amazing. We make a difference in our patients' lives by interacting with them, getting to know them, and ultimately improving their quality of life by transforming their smiles. Most of our patients will testify they have a more positive outlook on life and more confidence in their smile following their treatment.

My experience has been great at this orthodontist office, from my initial consultation until the removal of my braces. The staff is very attentive, polite, and welcoming. I never had an issue with my braces, they made the experience as pleasant as possible. I completely recommend Dr. Teng and his wonderful staff.

I just finished my treatment with Invisalign and was a patient for about a year and a half. I am so happy with
my new smile, and everyone who works here is so friendly! Every worker always treated my family and I so well, while giving me the smile I always wanted. I felt very well taken care of, with many check ups to make sure everything is going smoothly. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend JT Orthodontics. I went to them because my bite was truly messed up. Not only did the straighten out my bite, I ended up with a beautiful smile! They always had me in and out in no time. They were courteous and explained to me what they were doing and why. was very impressed with their efficiency and knowledge.

Set an appointment to get a retainer because mine broke and I expressed that I did not want any other treatment. Waited in the lobby for about 25 minutes, waited another hour and forty five minutes for them to take pictures of my teeth. Waited another 30 minutes just so the orthodontist could see me just for them to tell me they could make my retainer for 475 dollars. Wasted my morning. Friendly staff but the rest of the experience was terrible. I would recommend going to Smile Straight where they took me in the same day, were very friendly and I walked out with my retainer for 250 in less than

I love this place!! I hate dentists, but they went above and beyond to not only make my visit today amazing, but the entire team worked together to resolve an issue I was having that was NOT their fault. I got three quotes before deciding on JT. Not only did they offer the best price working with my insurance, but the entire staff was everything I could ever ask for. Give them a chance, you will be glad you did!

Came for a consultation, office was very bland and grey (literally) the front staff was nice, they called me to the back where I met someone else, she asked if I had gotten consultations anywhere else. I told her a few places I had gone and she began to tell me "eww, oh no" and bad mouthed the other offices. I found it extremely unprofessional. As I waited she was trying to make small talk which I don't mind, but she kept asking me questions she had already asked me over and over throughout the wait, she obviously wasn't paying attention.
