My 11 year old was super scared before we came into the office. Once they brought us into the office she had alot of questions, so blessed to the staff for being so friendly, patient and clear with her as well as myself!!! Well right before they finished explaining the contract she was already begging me for braces. Well let's not forget with all this COVID situation going on I was keeping an eye out, the staff is being very careful and safe about everything and always remembering to SANITIZE which is GREAT!!! Thanks to the staff for making my daughter feel so comfortable and safe.

Great experience. Amazing service. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed. Monica was an expert in the financial aspect and was able to work with my budget to make it possible for my son and I to get braces (on the same day)!!!! Naomi was great at explaining the do's and don'ts of wearing braces.

Just got my son some braces here and my experience has been very pleasant. The staff is very helpful, the facility is clean, my wait times are always relatively short, and the costs are very fair. We have about 1.5 years to see how the work turns out, but I can assume it will be as incredible as the service we have received so far.

Great customer service! Berenice was great at helping me getting started and answering all the questions I had. She even assured the best treatment process and equipment since I travel in and out of El Paso for long periods of time. She personally made sure that nothing would go wrong while my travels. The manager also helped me understand my finances and insurance costs. Thank you Berenice T. and the staff!

I regret the day I stepped foot in this place. I've never experienced so much hate and disrespect from a staff in my life. To be specific the doctor was great. But the financial department was a nightmare to deal with. Constantly being accused of not making monthly payments when my bank statements showed I paid every month. Embarrassing me every visit holding me up at the counter to "verify" my payments almost accusing me of being a liar. Service with this place, along with their other 2 locations, have always been top notch and professional. There were a couple mishaps with the way my wire was set for my braces, whether the wire was not cut enough properly or the twisted part of it was poking out that my inside mouth was getting agitated from it. But they gladly accept walk ins to correct the problem. Though their hours were only until 4pm, i had to come back a few minutes after 4pm to have them correct my wire since i went in already that day to fix my wire. The girl who saw me that first time sent me back out denying that
