Took my Subaru here for dent and scratch repair. They were able to match the paint exactly (I've been told I have a difficult silver to match). I can't even tell where the damage was. I also requested auto detailing and received the car in cleaner condition than when I bought it.

The wire in my automatic sliding door snapped recently, causing the door to be slightly ajar and unable to move. My car likes to beep when a door is open and with an 18 hour drive coming up, something had to be done. Max was able to get the door shut all the way AND get put back on the tracks so I can use it again. This took maybe 5 minutes and I was able to drive away beep free! Max also was very kind and wore a cool hat.

I was referred to by a family friend to go to NSC to get my front and back bumper fixed. She talked very highly of this place. The ladies that worked there were very friendly and welcoming. NSC did a great job fixing my car and getting my insurance company to cover majority of the cost. The only issue I had with them, was the lack of communication when it came to updating me on my vehicle’s progress. I gave them my car mid September and didn’t receive it until end of November. During those couple of months I received no call, text or email about my car’s progress. I had to reach out to them

This place is phenomenal. From the time I called to the time I picked up my cars they were on it! My wife and I were involved in a car accident Memorial Day weekend and we took our car here. They put us in a rental and told us they would handle everything else. They were so good, I dropped off my minivan a month later to fix the trunk and mirror. By the time I pulled up at home, I was getting a call that my car was ready. Never in my life have I seen service so good I swear!

Over the years, I have used North Shore Collision for post-accident repairs on a number of vehicles owned by members of my family. No matter how extensive the job was, they always complete the work on time, on estimate, and they exceed my expectations every time! From start to finish, the staff are professional, polite, and knowledgeable and while the big jobs are important, their willingness to help with smaller repairs is outstanding. They have repaired side mirrors that have fallen off of two of our vehicles, repaired a small dent in a door, and answered numerous questions about my DIY repair
