We worked with Rebekah to find a center stone for our ring and it was a very special experience. The first visit was purely educational without seeing any gemstone, instead she took the time to help us set a goal and strategy based on our limited budget. Not responsive and difficult to schedule with. Requested appraisal with Rebekah but was ignored. The appraisal I did receive from someone else in this office was ok but caused a lot of inconvenience due to missed signature and difficulty in getting a response. Rebekah seemed to ignore my emails. Was also more expensive than other places. Would highly recommend Carolina Jewelry Appraisers on Carrboro instead - cheaper and very thorough. Chaya even professionally cleaned my diamond before the appraisal.

What a lovely person to work with never making you feel as if your jewelry isn’t enough to love and enjoy. Rebekah helped us reworked some old family jewelry handed down thru generations. Her expertise was invaluable as she identified old European cuts of small diamonds compared to some more recent cuts. Our eyes could not see the difference however the values were significantly higher. Rebekah is very professional and personable in her manner and assessments. I found her completely honest and trustworthy. She asked a lot of questions which helped her formulate the answers I was looking for regarding insurance, retail, and wholesale values for my loose stones and mounted jewelry. I bought a couple of amazing estate pieces from Rebekah and I adore both pieces. I had been bugging her about getting a new wedding band as I had lost my original wedding band. I gave her some input and she produced several months later a perfect match. She has so much passion for her work and has exceptional talent in designing new pieces. Her decades of experience is a huge plus as she is able to collaborate with other folks that may be needed to provide a perfect product. When I left Rebekah’s office, I told her she was an angel and looking back on it, she is an appraisal angel! I had a Tiffany & Co engagement ring and wedding band just collecting dust in my closet and had no idea what to do with it. Great experience. Rebekah was super friendly and incredibly intelligent. She was helpful and thorough in her examination of my jewelry. The "Valuation" report that was provided was professional and detailed. Rebekah provides a great experience unlike walking into a jewelry story to obtain values. She provides you the value during your appointment which means you do not have to leave your items. HUGE plus!!.
