Our Activities Program is full of fun, informative, and entertaining events for everyone. Each day there are plenty of activities to not only keep you busy, but you will find it is a great place where you can go to socialize with others. Join us for ice cream socials, arts and crafts classes, music appreciation, current events, or a lecture series.
Riverwalk Post Acute and Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, located a few blocks south of the Colorado State Fairgrounds, at 1610 Scranton Avenue. We are only a short drive to St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center and Parkview Medical Center. We feature 60 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.

Modest but very spacious rooms. Sometimes the food is outstanding & sometimes it's only fair. But overall not too bad for institutional food. Good therapists, & the majority of the nurses & other employees also quite good. If you're needing a restart due to accident or illness I recommend this facility.

Elder abuse is a rising problem and apparently it's alive and is a reality at this facility. A recent incident that happened with a CNA and my grandfather will NOT go unaddressed. Not to mention, the many times I've gone to see my grandpa and I watched as the staff sat around and let the patient alarms go on and on and on, unanswered. UNACCEPTABLE! This facility is not even deserving of 1 star. Do NOT send your loved ones here.
