Hi, my name is Will Lorscheider, founder of Iron Gate Properties. I started this property management business in 2012 because I developed a passion for real estate after becoming a landlord myself. Over the years I wanted to help other real estate investors with their rental properties. I understand the importance of maximizing Return of Investments (ROI).
At Iron Gate Property Management we know your investment is very important. We strive to give our owners comfort in knowing we treat their homes like they are our own. After you purchase your rental home and once you realize you need a property manager, we will help you get your home in "move-in ready" condition optimizing your rental income.
We take pride in selecting the best tenants for our properties. Each tenant will go through a screening process to ensure our rental is a great fit for you and for our company. If you are interested in renting one of our properties, everyone age 18 and older must compete the application and along with the supporting documents.
