Lyons property management company serves as the management agency for the house that we rent. The Lyons representatives have been welcoming, responsive, efficient and effective . On one occasion, they were proactive in replacing a hot water heater before we had a flooding experience. They are responsive in answering any work orders or questions that we have had. We would highly recommend that you seek properties that are managed by Lyons.

We enjoyed a very positive relationship with Lyon Property Management. They were quick to respond to any issues reported by renters and worked diligently with their network of providers to solve all problems. Their "oversight" of the property was probably in-line with legal restrictions but none of the half dozen or so representatives for Lyon Property Managers who served during the time of our property was occupied, ever visited the property to assess it's condition or inspect repairs. And while I am certain no miscreant existed, I am concerned this leaves owners at risk of fraud.

Lyon Property Management has managed our rental for about 20 years. We feel they have always responded quickly when there is an issue.
