Dr. Rachel Aronson opened Core Elements Physical Therapy in 2015. Born from the passion and commitment to bringing focused, thoughtful, and supportive care to Womens Health issues. After my own experiences with pregnancy and birth left me feeling depleted, and coming face to face with the lack of care options available to women, my curiosity led me towards this amazing sub-specialty within my field.
I am passionate about helping women restore themselves, feel heard, and feel confident moving again. Whether it is during the child bearing years, or at another time in their lives. It's HARD to find a good pelvic floor therapist with experience and patient success stories. She has them both. Your evaluation and each treatment will always be one on one with me, Dr. Rachel.

Services
I founded Core Elements Physical Therapy in 2015 to focus on Women's Health and Orthopedic concerns in a one-on-one setting. My patients' health becomes personal to me. Listening to my patients is critical to their comfort and my understanding of their needs. I am humbled daily working with amazing women who trust me to help them with these sensitive health issues.
Are you confused and stressed trying to distinguish between normal vs. abnormal symptoms after delivery? Then let me help you! After your delivery are you having issues with leakage or pain? Did you have a C-section recovery that doesn't feel "right"? Or are you noticing postpartum issues that are affecting your ability to enjoy your new family?
She has helped me to pinpoint what has triggered my issues with my pelvic floor (which I've previously been trying to resolve for over two years). After a few months, I'm finally weening off my medication (with the help and encouragement of Rachel) and I have a deeper understanding of my body and strategies to help.
Core Elements is an Out-of-Network Provider. Payment is due at the time of service. I will provide you with a "super-bill" that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. Out-of-network benefits are determined by your individual insurance plan. Feel free to bring your prescription along with you if you do have one.

Rachel is the best physical therapist I have worked with. I came to her when I got pregnant. After seven years of chronic pain and tension in my pelvic floor, I was worried about my capacity to carry and deliver a baby. I was also eager to exercise throughout the pregnancy, but fearful that some movements might exacerbate my pelvic floor issues. When we started working together, I couldn’t even do one kegel and thought I might need an elective C section. By the time I was 32 weeks pregnant, I could effectively isolate, activate, and release my pelvic floor, was exercising and doing restorative

I highly recommend Dr. Rachel Aronson. I went to her for help with my diastasis recti and a hamstring/glute that wasn't firing while running and also would cramp immediately when I tried to do a bridge or hamstring curls. With a few simple exercises the cramping stopped within a few weeks. This is something has bothered me for years! She also provided me with some strengthening and activation exercises to help teach the hamstring and glute to fire while running. Many of these incorporated movements and breath to strengthen my abs and help bring the separation back together. I would definitely see

This review is long overdue! Dr. Rachel Aronson is excellent. After my first baby, delivered by C-section last year, I began learning and researching about the imperative recovery many of us moms need to truly heal from the inside out. This led me to Core Elements Physical Therapy, and I have been so happy with my experience. Rachel is a kind, nurturing and intelligent PT who takes the time to listen to and understand issues and ailments in order to provide effective resolutions. She has helped me regain my core, and subsequently start "getting my body back," returning to a great level of fitness

Rachel is nothing short of amazing. I experienced a traumatic event 10 years ago, and in the decade since, I was unable to tolerate any kind of pelvic exam. The slightest touch felt excruciating, and over the years, I made maybe 7-8 doctors' visits for a GYN exam - none of which were successful, and usually ended in tears. Pelvic pain was a part of life I tried to ignore, but something I wanted to try to address.
I clicked with Rachel immediately. She is wonderful to talk to, incredibly knowledgeable, and has patience, compassion, and kindness in abundance. She really took the time to understand

I initially sought help from Rachel after the delivery of my first child. I was having severe back pain that kept me from providing the type of care and attention that I wanted to provide to my new baby. I was 8 weeks postpartum and my doctors had brushed off my pain as normal part of the delivery process, however, I did not agree. During my initial assessment with Rachel she helped me identify my pain and provided suggestions for therapy. Based on the issues I was experiencing I begin seeing Rachel once a week immediately. The treatment she provided me allowed me to regain my mobility and almost

I started seeing Rachel immediately when I found out I was pregnant with my second baby. During the end of my last pregnancy I started having severe pain in my pelvis which almost left me unable to walk. Everything I read, said that pain typically started sooner in subsequent pregnancies. With the sessions from Rachel and the exercises she gave me, I never experienced that pain with my second pregnancy. I cannot say enough good things about Rachel. I always looked forward to my therapy sessions as she is a joy to chat with. I highly, highly recommend her! I will continue seeing her to correct any

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rachel Aronson and Core Elements! I have seen her postpartum, while pregnant with a subsequent pregnancy, and for non pregnancy related issues. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, holistic, and helpful, not to mention a kind and down to earth person. Don't look elsewhere- her practice is THE BEST!

I saw Dr. Aronson on recommendation from my wife who was seeing her for prenatal work. I had suffered a back injury overseas and it had been a long and painful journey that I was unsure how to resolve. This seemed like a good starting point as I waited to see a spinal specialist. Over the course of a few months, Dr. Aronson designed a plan that not only returned me to a level of normalcy and function that had been hard to imagine but she also brought a level of interest and care to my situation that I had never before seen in a healthcare professional. It was the personalized care, the interest
