DO NOT COME HERE! If you come here, you'll regret it. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. This woman is a Karen. If I could give a negative number, I would. This place was so unprofessional. Not only did she not do what I asked for and charged me for the full price, she has ruined my hair and she won't return any of my voicemail. She over processed my hair to the point I can't style it anymore. She's refusing to fix it. She's ghosted me- so unprofessional. Consider yourself warned.

Wish there could be a zero option. This place is a joke! I ordered hair extensions thru them for almost $450. The next day I called and said I no longer needed them and asked for a refund. At the time, they were very accommodating to this request. However, the original request came in mid September... after 7 months and numerous emails/attempts to contact, I have received nothing! At this point, they won't even email or call me back. To sum it up, they have committed theft.

My hair was completely ruined after I came here. Shelby and I agreed to cut 4 inches off my hair, and she turned the chair so my back was to the mirror while she cut my hair. She took off a total of 8 inches and gave me a horrendously uneven cut. 8 inches is over a year's worth of hair growth and you can see that one side was cut a full inch shorter than the other side. I've never had a worse haircut in my life and months later, I'm still dealing with it. What I agreed to was so drastically different than what Shelby did to my hair. She ruined it.

NO SHOW ON WEDDING DAY -
I have waited a bit to write this review. Back in October, I had booked appointments for my hair, my mother's hair and my sister-in-laws hair for my wedding day. Like every wedding, it was a stressful day - we were all traveling - I was personally traveling from DC. I had made the appointment with Kristi and had a practice round the day prior - and then verified the appointment for the morning of my wedding the following morning at 8am. At 745, my mother, sister and I were in the parking lot excited to get the wedding day started. We waited for over 2 hours
