Paid Sunrise over $25,000 to install 2 new AC units.
A couple months later I discover there is no place to put the air filter.
Puzzled, I had Sunrise take a look. They were surprised as well and committed to coming the next day to make it right
No one showed up
No phone calls
I had to call them a few times, only to discover all of their AC techs quit!
They asked they I get an estimate from another company to correct it.
I have done that, sent Sunrise the estimate and paid another company to get it fixed.
Still no word from Sunrise!
I am tired of chasing them.

Love this company! The technician Andrew was fantastic. He came prepared with everything, even shoe covers for inside. We had a leak, but couldn't tell where it was coming from. After taking a look around, he was able to give me a cost for locating the leak and once that was done, he was able to diagnose it as the hot water heater needing replacement. The price was a bit higher than we wanted to pay and we were seriously thinking about going to purchase our own and have someone install it, however, Andrew was kind enough to speak with the manager to see if they could give us a deal closer to our
