My appointment today to get a new crown went smoothly. I was soooo pleased. Dr. Larson did an excellent job and his super crew (Jackie and Brandi) took great care of me making feel at ease. I have been getting cleaning from here for about a year. I liked the cleanings the hygienists are nice. However, I had a very slight chip in my tooth and asked for him to file it down which was less than 5 min of work and he wanted me to come back in because he was too busy and ultimately wanted to bill my insurance for another visit. I find that in general they have not been respectful of my time and try to nickel and dime me for everything.

I have worked with and for many dentists for years in addition to getting work done to my teeth... Dr. Larson by far, seems to have the best bedside manners, conservative diagnosis, honest personality, and has the best technique for anesthesia. I have always felt a slight sting at the time of injection at my dental visits with my other dentists and I must admit, I'm not afraid of getting dental work done or anything but with injections, I always tense up a bit right when I'm getting injected...
