My car broke down on the side of the highway, and I am so, SO, glad that I called Ray's Towing. Jake was literally the most helpful ever, and after taking me to a mechanic that I had suggested (that was not a great place to go,) he offered to wait for my Uber with me until I felt that I was safe. After ultimately deciding that the mechanic I chose was not the best place to be, Jake not only helped me find a new mechanic, but took me there as well.

Huge shout out to Ray's Towing! My daughter and her friends broke down on the worst night of the year...Kris Martinez from Ray's got there fast, picked up the car in the pouring rain, and even drove them to their dorm so they could unload before taking the car to a shop of my choosing. Kris was courteous and professional and went out of his way to communicate with a worried dad. If you ever need a tow in the Milwaukee area, there's only one place to call. Thank you to Ray's Towing!

Called in on a Sunday and requested towing for my vehicle that was no longer able to turn back on. I called, they told me it would be a few hours. I waited at home and received a call from them an hour later stating they were going to be on their way in 20mins. I rushed to get a ride and try to meet them where my vehicle was located. I called after 20mins of their estimated time and asked if they had already gotten there before I did and he told me that they ran into some issues but will be there in 10mins. I was fine with that. My ride finally came and I waited there for nearly 30 more minutes

One of my employees had a tire blowout in one of our vans on the freeway just before 6pm. I called Ray's (not sure who I spoke to, but the gentleman was extremely polite and understood my dilemma being from Minneapolis). Asked if there was any way they could get the Van to a local tire repair shop within the hr so they could replace it before they closed. Fully expecting to hear "not in a million years" the gentleman said "yes, we can have it there by 7pm" Literally 30 minutes later, I call my employee and Brian, the tow truck driver, already had the van loaded up, and they were on their way to

My car crapped out in Aldis parking lot over the holiday weekend. I found Ray's online and based on reviews and it's contracting with the city I figured I'd get a bargain. I called and they answered immediately. (This is saying something because I have called for a tow before and it rang forever) The man over the phone was polite and forthcoming (it may be hard to get a same day tow and I may have to make an appointment). After getting jacked around by AAA's "bidding process" that had me stranded for more than three HOURS (!), I called them back and said I'd get my own towing service.
From dispatch (who couldn't have been friendlier at 3:45 in the morning) to the driver Gus who called me within six minutes, said he'd "be right there" and then actually showed up in under 20 minutes, I can't say enough good things about Ray's!
Gus knew where we were headed, snapped my van into an unobtrusive spot at my mechanic's lot and then (and this is where it gets a bit

Wow- An excellent experience! I spent just about half a day on the phone with my roadside assistance service trying to find someone who could tow a car out of my underground garage until the service finally connected me with Ray's. The driver, Chris, was courteous, friendly and a total pro. He got my car out of the garage in less than five minutes and took care of getting it to the shop and dropping off the keys. I'll be recommending Ray's to my neighbors.

If you don't want horrible customer service and damage to the underneath of your car even if its grapes which can become rust. I would suggest not using. If you want to find out that you're overpaying while getting towed also not a good idea to use them until driver inform me that they are one of the highest tow companies in the area. I have also reached out to the owner of Ray's Towing and he does not seem to care. Mark Valentine I would have to say truly does not care about your customer experience. So if you ever have to get a private to my recommendation would

Carlo was the most amazing, patience, friendly and skilled tow truck driver I have ever met. It was a very difficult tow to get my car out of my basement parking garage to get the car to the dealership. I called other tow truck companies that told me they could not get it out. While I didn't think it could actually be done as it was too close to a cement support and to many cars around, Carlo stayed calm cool and collect and did an expert job getting my car out. 5 stars all the way.

I had my car towed over a week ago. Withing 6 hours of being towed to Rays property my gps had been stolen. I have called everyday and my father and boyfriend have tried calling...each time they say we will check into it and call you back...i have not received a single call back. So they RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR PROPERTY!!
