Waited 4 hours just for them to not tow my car. One of your employers gave a huge attitude when they arrived and never updated when they were coming. After calling several times just for them not answer several times either, very unprofessional. All of that for my car to not get towed.

Tow truck driver hauling 2 cars almost ran me off road on 84th st. Spoke to owner Jimmy about the driver and stated he would review cameras on truck and follow up with me. Will keep google review updated. UPDATE! 1 year later the owner responded to my review. States I was the issue and driving reckless. I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYBODY! The owner is a liar. Prove me wrong! Post the video you "so call" reviewed a year later! I am sure people can judge for themselves that your driver should have been fired for the way he drove that tow truck with an extended trailer! I know you will

I called to explain that my Prius did not start this morning and I was not sure whether the batter was totally dead and I needed a tow or whether I simply needed a jump. I was told that they would be happy to try to jump the car and if that didn't work they could tow it for me. They would only charge for one service so if the jump didn't work they would not charge for the jump and then the tow. They showed up in 30 min and they were able to jump the car immediately. Very helpful.
