J Brooks was born out of a desire to approach flooring with the highest standards, working only with the best products available. The quality of the carpet is very good. Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars as the experience from a customer service perspective wasn’t great. I had some questions after installation and was met with defensive and somewhat hostile behavior. Not ideal after spending thousands of dollars on a project.

We've been using J Brooks for years. They've always been able to recommend the best options for our rooms. We've had J Brooks put in hardwood, floor to floor carpet, and designer custom rugs - including a beautiful custom designed "Captain America shield" for my son's room. There's no better attention to detail then with J Brooks! My husband and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I had an unfortunate water leak from our neighbors upstairs which required us to change the entire hardwood flooring in our condo in downtown DC. We were so fortunate to come across J Brooks Designer Floors. Ron took quick charge of the situation to help and within a couple of hours only were able to confirm availability of our desired hardwood and schedule to come out and give us a custom quote right away!
