Sam, the owner/sales rep, was extremely customer service oriented and very easy to work with, offering his advice and experience to help me choose the perfect flooring. Marcio and the crew did a completely professional installation in the time estimated. Both Sam and the crew were quickly responsive to any concern or question and also proactive with pointing out and helping find solutions to a few issues my house presented. We purchased a new home and needed to do something about the old, dirty carpet throughout the house. I called Sam and he listened to what I needed and provided me with affordable, but adequate options. When we met with him at his showroom, he had the samples handy and was able to provide estimated delivery dates for the various colors. He was even able to expedite the shipment and had his crew work through an entire weekend to complete the job early to provide adequate time for us to prepare for our movers to arrive. I just had a pleasant interaction with Sam. He was friendly and responsive. He asked that I text pictures of the work I wanted done. He responded with 5 min. Ultimately he's not able to perform the work I need but he came across as professional and responsive. I will be reaching out if I need flooring work in the future.

Floors and Designs did an incredible job updating the flooring in our guest bedroom, hallway, and laundry room. Sam was knowledgeable and his recommendations were on-point. He helped us find solutions that look great, fit in our budget, and will last a lifetime.
Additionally, when there was a minor problem during the install, Sam was extremely responsive and his team quickly corrected the issue to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
I'd work with him again if we ever need flooring work in the future.

We met Sam at his show room. He was very knowledgeable with the product choices so we could make a good selection. He visited our house with the short list samples and to make room measurements. The proposal was turned around quickly at a good price and a crew scheduled for install a week later. The crew was solid, nice guys who cared about doing quality work and being respectful of our home, dogs, etc. We strongly recommend Floors & Designs LLC.

I tried getting multiple quotes in the Centreville / Northern Virginia area, and Sam was by far the most professional. He had the best price, was the only one who came on time for our appointment, and was very responsive for the whole process.
Sam's team who came to do the job were fantastic and did a beautiful job. My house came with laminate in my main level, and I was looking to replace the ugly carpet in the basement and stairs. They were able to do the whole job in a day and it looks stunning and has elevated my house so much! The transition from the main level to the basement

We were moving into a new home, and needed new floors. Ok, we didn't need new floors, but I hated the red oak hardwood, and the tile in the kitchen. We were planning on LVT, but Sam gently convinced us to keep the hard wood, and said he would be able to install hardwood in the kitchen and foyer to match. He worked with our budget and gave us lots of good advice. He was very patient with us and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. The project was on schedule, and his team was prompt and very nice. I wish every home project ran this smoothly.

These guys did a phenomenal job on our white oak floors. They always showed up on time and kept us in the loop on their progress. The job started when they said it would and they finished on their projected completion date.
The crew: hard working and personable. We looked forward to seeing them every day they were at our house. They were respectful, kind, and some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They also cleaned up as much as possible.

Amazing work! I was scheduled for carpet removal and LVP flooring install very quickly. The crew arrived on time and worked very efficiently all day. The work was completed in just over one day, and the crew was very careful, neat, and considerate. I am very happy with the results and impressed by how smoothly everything went!
