So my final straw with this dealership. Wanted to place a custom order for a Cayenne Coupe, with the intention of also buying a 911 or Taycan later in the year. Even though all the dealership has to do is process the order I've already figured out, and I'm happy to wait months for delivery, they want $10,000 above MSRP. I obviously didn't expect a discount given the current climate but that's just greedy, price gouging, no different from motels doubling their rates when people flee hurricanes, which is frowned upon in other industries. It's not as if they have to make up

First, we had to wait almost a month to get a maintenance appointment then when the day finally arrived then they didn't touch the car for 2 days, without give us any follow up call and of course without offering any courtesy car !
So at this point we decided to get back the car because this joke could last for a week.
Fortunately , Midas has been able to make the necessary in less than a day and for a cheaper price.
The customer service is just horrible and I hope I'll be able to avoid in the future this kind of situation by working with respectful professionals.

I've come from Lexus and BMW background and They're great don't get me wrong, but this Porsche Dealership just doesn't compare!
I've been a Porsche Owner for almost a year now, and I ALWAYS leave with a smile coming outta here from Sales w/ David to Service w/ Chelsey Cole. I cannot express how happy I am with their hard work and customer satisfaction.

I was searching online for a newer used Cadillac Escalade for my mom, and found one at Gaudin Porsche that looked super clean and had great photos. A few days prior, we booked a flight to Phoenix, AZ (we live in Redding, CA) to look at other Escalades, but this Escalade seemed noticeably nicer than the others.
Anthony Mendoza contacted us super fast and offered to take videos of the vehicle and answer any questions we had. He took videos and assured us this Escalade was as clean as it looks, still smelled like new car and had no dings/scratches. He was so helpful we decided to cancel our Phoenix

When I bought my $100K+ car I was promised free car washes. In 2019, they went to car wash coupons. The sales manager, by email, told me to ask for more coupons when I needed them, which I have.
Now, today, they tell me they are no longer honoring free car wash coupons! Really??? Saving a few pennies to alienate a customer? Poor business practice!!!
Not a good way to treat a customer. I won't be back.
