Advantage Gold Realty handles all requests for maintenance and repairs. We coordinate all maintenance and repairs utilizing our in house Maintenance Company as well as outside Vendors. We will contact the owner prior to any repairs being performed over $200.00 unless it is classified as an emergency.

All repair requests are assigned to outside contractors. These contractors will contact you to set up an appointment. All appointments will be made during regular business hours Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. In the event the contractor cannot reach you at the phone numbers provided, a key will be issued to the contractor to perform the work you have requested.

From the very beginning I’ve had problems with this place. I recently moved out as well and they charged me for so many different things without providing explanation or reason. I would not recommend them to anyone and hope to all that is good and holy that they go out of business or come under new management. Over emails and in person they are rude and don’t respect your time. Please find someone else if you can and save yourself the hassle, headache and stress of having to deal with them. If I could I’d give you a 0, but that’s not possible, so I give you a 1
