Oddly my first review was removed somehow, so I’m back again. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I rented my house out since late 2013 until a few months ago. I live out of state so I chose fountain realty to look after the property in my absence. This company never went to inspect the property as per our contract. When I returned to the home to do some updates before selling, I found the bushes in the front growing into the soffits of my roof, damage throughout the home, trash piles left in the backyard, and grass and weeds completely overtaking the fence causing it to collapse, not

I called Fountain Realty Because we had a serious issue with our water heater. It was smoking and leaking which I know COULD cause an explosion. After explaining and asking for a plumber to come out that day just in case all she did was ask for pictures so I immediately sent them and all she had to say was she couldn't see anything. So here I am staying at a hotel until I can get a plumber to the house because I don't want to take any chances. Thank you fountain realty!!! Maybe I should get a lawyer ???

Absolute garbage people. They are totally unhelpful and unfair. They trespassed without notice onto our property while we were in the process of moving out of their trash rental. There was a hazardous tree limb hanging over our home for practically an entire year. They never did anything about it despite landscapers telling them it was dangerous all the way up until a few weeks before our 1 year lease ended. We also had leaking in the breaker box that they waited 4 months to fix. I could go on and on. Seriously there are other houses in Jacksonville to rent and if you’re here for military, save

We were charge extensively for many damages of the apartment that were there prior to us moving in. When we called the management to dispute the charges they took their time getting back to us about the matter, and then argued that the damages were done by us.
Just words of advice, take picture of all of the home and damages you find immediately to moving in. I would recommend just recording while initially touring the home and pointing out any discrepancies.

My husband got orders overseas so, we gave them a 30 day notice and moved out, and less than a week later we were on a place overseas. I was contacted once about my change of address via email as they were aware I was overseas. I contacted back right away. And it’s been two months so I finally called. I was told not only were they keep my deposit which was 1st months rent they wanted more money almost $800 more . This is the worst rental company to rent from. They want you to do all the maintenance and clean up on the property and you never get 100 % of your security deposit back. I moved in to a rental and it was totally disgusting, I replaced the carpet painted and had vinyl fixed and still did not get all my deposit back. And 1 star is way too much for this company. Most of the staff is rude. I wish I could post pictures.

Never really had an issue with this company and I've been renting through them for 3.5 years. The older gentleman that comes out to repair your issues, is the most nicest guy. I don't know why anyone would complain about him? He's always been polite in our home, and on point with fixing issues that are out of our control. Granted, it does take a while, but what do you expect when you have a thousand orders in one week to do? So, no, I don't mind waiting if needed be. The only downsides that I've dealt with from this company was the ladies from the office continuously calling me if I was late. I
