If I could give them 0. STARS I WOULD. I bought my car and in LESS THAN 2 MONTHS CAR IT GOT BROKEN, went directly to them and they told me - in the most rude tone- that they could do nothing since I didn’t buy the extra warranty - THEY PURSUE ME TO BUY THE WARRANTY AS IF THEY KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. Please don’t waste your money and go trustworthy car dealership. Unreliable cars and horrible costumer service experience.

Came in about a week ago to look at the blue ST, and one week later came in and purchased it! This place doesn’t know how to sell cars , they won’t even go down a dollar on any of there luxury cars , All the cars were extremely dirty , And some didn’t turn on when the guy was showing me , also the guy was high off something because his eyes were extremely red and smelled horrible.. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE there is plenty of better used car dealers in Garden Grove and Riverside, Do NOT settle for the first thing you see , especially here !!

Great experience with Kenneth! I walked in and he was very helpful. My husband actually went the day before and test drove it. I came the next day and the entire time I was not rushed. He explained the process so that I can understand. My husband and I felt welcomed even when they were closing he stayed and talked to use about all our options. There was never any pressure. They only want to sell to you if they do the financing with their shady bank. West Lake Financial which is by far the worst bank I have ever read about. They only want to sell to you if you finance through their shady bank. After I returned a car after throughly reviewing my shady contract I explained I still wanted to purchase the car but through my own financial institution. They said "yeah cool" but I tried calling and text and they just shined me on. Never replying or calling back. And it was a good thing. I found my car through a legitimate dealer. I first want to get a shot out to sales man Jay! I feel anyone looking for a new/used care shouldn't be pressured into buying it. People should buy a car that they feel is right for them personally. As a first time buyer and places I've been too in my car search I felt pressured and even almost signed to the contract without formally agreeing to it. I worked with Jay to buy a car. The price he quoted me over the phone was the price I was offered when I came on site. They even worked with me to accept a personal check since my bank has no physical branches and getting a cashier's check is difficult. He was very friendly and very honest. A straight shooter. No haggling. I highly recommend him and the dealership. I have had the car for 4 weeks now and no issues have arisen.

I didn't actually end up buying a car here due to unrelated reasons but I thought I'd leave a review since this is my first time trying to buy a car and I had a pretty good experience here. I was helped by Jay and he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions, and even gave me a lot of general advice unprompted which I really appreciate. My advice to others would be to do your research at home. You can look at their inventory online which I thought was very convenient.
