Great lunch today! Our waiter, Austin, was fabulous, very knowledgeable of their amazing, extensive menu. My sister had the chicken sandwich from the brunch menu with tomato basil bisque and I had the seared tuna steak with mint pesto sauce, zucchini and rice, which was DELICIOUS! Will definitely be back! Be sure to ask for waiter, Austin!

Love the atmosphere here! Great wine selection. This small Texas town bistro is like a little bit of Italy has been carved out and planted right into the downtown area of Montgomery, Texas. The menu is diverse enough that there is something for everyone. Outdoor patio is relaxing, but not boring. Music is wonderful, upbeat background tunes (think Italy) that don't overtake your conversation. I'm coming back tomorrow for dinner. Tonight was just a little wine night, a sneak peak. Looking forward to tasting the chef's creations!

We are staying at the Caroline House bed and breakfast. The owner Mary had recommended we go here for dinner. She even handed us a 10% discount card that the restaurant has made for her guests. The fact it's right down the block from where we are staying was a huge plus. The restaurant has plenty of free parking, plus indoor and outdoor seating. They have a bar on the second floor that stays open later than the kitchen. We sat inside on the first floor. The second we walked in the ambiance hit us. With music, low lights, dark colors and the art on the walls I immediately said to myself "I love

I'm a huge Greek and all things Mediterranean food fan and love LAMB. I was invited to a working dinner in the private room at the Cozy Grape (NOT A MED RESTAURANT )and ordered the lamb shank (go figure) and got a very large lamb Shank Roasted and topped with au ju on light whipped mashed potatoes and was totally impressed! I admit that's as far as we have ventured on the menu... but excited to explore we will be back!

This was our second visit to the cozy grape, and won't be our last. We really enjoy the Cozy Grape. Our experience was pleasant in part because once again, our waitress was Erica. Erica is delightful, professional, and knowledgeable. Courteous, kind, and prompt. Attentive, cheerful, and helpful. The atmosphere is pleasant. The volume level is peaceful. The food exquisite. The place is clean, and easy to get too. Clearly a staple for the locals, which in and of itself says a lot. Put it on your list. You won't be disappointed. Ask for Erica. Respectfully submitted, David Proctor

HORRIBLE GM!! Took my 81 year old mother there. She had a fly in her drink. It happens, I get it. But the GM's response was, "I have a sign in the back, it says no flies but they don't listen." I thought he was joking but he wasn't. I feel bad for our awesome waitress Zoey that she has to work with a GM like that! It's good food but I'll never go back. There's a lot of places with good food. He was confrontational in front of my elderly mother. Unacceptable and it made the food have a horrible aftertaste.

Stopped by for lunch as first time visitors. Had the gourmet shrimp tacos which were excellent. Wifey had chicken salad sandwich on croissant along with roasted jalapeno soup which were both excellent. Both items were on lunch special for an amazing $9.00. Outstanding service and my only critical comment is the unusually high noise level. All in all this is definitely a recommend.

Absolutely awful place!! The extremely rude guy claiming to be the owner with the really bad accent ran off 8 new customers for y’all with his loud mouth and absolutely rude behavior! I will never come here again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to go here too! I’ve lived here for 25 Years and never been so embarrassed by a business owners behavior in my whole life as I had NEW Montgomery residents with me and was attempting to introduce them to some locals places... absolutely disgusted!

Normally we love the Cozy Grape! Always nice atmosphere, but this trip felt and was different. While our appetizer and soups were great, the grilled chicken sandwich was not! Chicken had been precooked and… then finished on grill, it was tough and could not be eaten and french fries came out cold. Waiter didn't apologize or offer replacement. Nothing. He was still upset that we would not order a bottle of wine and only wanted 2 glasses. The other entree, shirt ribs were OK, but not as great as usual. When I asked for a manager or owner, I was told they were too busy!

Here from out of town and just wanted a glass of wine around 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. Walked in and saw a bar at the back. Upon approaching the bar we noticed there was paperwork and what appeared to be an employee meeting going on. Asked if we could sit at the bar and were told no, get a table. Then immediately told to go to the bar upstairs. My husband is handicapped so while deciding if he could get up the stairs, I saw the restroom and told my husband to decide and I would be right out. Behind me I heard a snarly voice state "they are just here to use the restroom". I turned

In the area geocaching, we were walking cute little downtown Montgomery. We were hungry and my friend Diane suggested Cozy Grape.
It was a bright, sunny day outside so the rather dark interior through me off...it was difficult to see anything. Once my eyes adjusted I was fine. Getting old is not for sissies!
Our waiter was incredibly nice and helpful. The menu was well-rounded and the prices reasonable.
I had a glass (or two) of merlot and the meat/cheese combo plate. It was an appetizer but by the time I was halfway through I had to get my friend Diane to help me out. We were going to be in
