I have to say, I do not enjoy buying cars. Every time I go, I feel harassed and pressured. It takes hours to close a deal and even more in finance. I had been searching for an SUV for several months. So first let me say that these guys are absolutely amazing. I’ve not had great experiences in the past with the whole searching for a car, who to trust, and good interest rate bit…. But this car buying experience was nothing like my previous experiences.I happened across their website, noticing the nice selection of used cars& noticed the low mileage on all of their vehicles. Very friendly people, willing to fix everything I requested. I love my new car. So this is an update this GMC has a few problems. Albert took great care of us & put us in an even newer, lower milage, great looking car. Such a great car buying experience! My girlfriend got a great car (Juke), no hassles or gimmicks same day!! It's always challenging to find a reputable company who will not rip you off for the car or for the financing, especially without having good credit. Absolutely horrible. My daughter recently purchased A car from there and the engine gave out after a few weeks (amazingly just outside of their 15 day warranty period). Dealership refused to do anything to help (other than selling her another car or having her buy a new engine). I tried to speak to them and they wouldn't even return my call. Stay away! Every dealership is great until something goes wrong, and then the true character shows. Shame on you guys!!

Very unethical. We were buying a car but end up buying somewhere else. They told us we will loose the $2k we put down since we sign some paper work (mistake on my end) so we decided to just take the car. Within 24hrs the check engine light came on and there was some some issue with the battery charging system (fancy hybrid) anyways 3 day later I call and they tell me that car need a new computer and they will have to cancel the transaction. That was the first week in March and here I am literally 2 months later going thru a dispute process with the Attorney

This is the worst car buying experience of my life; and it's not over yet. Purchased a Ford F-150 Crewcab on April 22, 2018. Drove it for two days then noticed smoke coming out of the exhaust. Reurned the truck to them on day 3..."No return policy". After 10 days i called to check if it was repaired; they had not even started. They ended up sending it to Bell Ford. So far Bell Ford has been to only reliable aspect of this ordeal. Warrant repairs completed, but more non warranty repairs necessary. This was as of May 18. Not impressed at all. Found the exact vehicle I have been looking for so I stopped in. Vehicle was very rough. When I pointed out there was no spare tire mounted in the rear he seemed annoyed and quickly replied "I can order one!" I Also pointed out the extremely low tread on one of the 3 mismatched tires. He quickly replied "that tire is safe!!" Claimed they perform a 120 blah blah point inspection on all vehicles they sell. Would have thought a spare tire, broken bracket on rear bumper, and some wires hanging down from the rear of the car would certainly be addressed during

Twice now I have flown from Seattle to Phoenix to buy vehicles from Arizona Best Cars. If I just wanted any old car, I could buy a car anywhere. But I do a LOT of research when buying cars. I have specific options I want, under certain mileage, certain colors I want, within a certain price range, etc. When you get that specific, the number of vehicles that match your criteria narrows. My nephew bought his first car from azbestcars.com I highly recommend they. I believe that they are fair and honest and good guys. There were some issues that needed fixed after we got home but they lived up to their warranty and most importantly their WORD and everything got fixed in a timely manner. I would have to think most of the 5 star ratings are not entirely authentic. Only plausible explanation for a great review would be from desperate buyers with not so stellar credit. My test drive consisted of me driving the "sales" rep in my personal vehicle like an uber driver to their other location. I realize it's a mixed inventory and you can't be an expert in all vehicles but this guy knew nothing about car. Not even basic questions as in which model it was. After the test drive and not being interested the sales guy was expecting me to drive him back to their other location
