I ordered a different color and SJP sign completely installed a different color, and when I emailed them why they put up a wrong color, they were not helpful and said I have to pay extra almost $400 to fix the color.
I mentioned I am going to write a review for them on Yelp, the sales person told me oh in that case I am going to write a bad review too to your business on Yelp, he haven't bought anything from me or my business.
Very warred. Their customer service is zero.
Hurry the sales person totally ignored that he or his people went through my email and did what ever I requested. Until

Harry and staff have been an absolute joy to work with! It all began last year with a need for several signs on 2 residential properties we manage in Mountain View. At the initial consultation, the field technician was able to come up with a creative solution to wrap a very old existing metal structure that served as a wayfinding sign with something durable and eye catching. SJP Signs Inc,,I called and .I needed help in design of the logo ,city permits, the monument ,how much store front windows is allowed.
My first meeting with owner Harry, went through a start to finish plan.
Owner Harry very easy going ,, a wealth of knowledge in the signage Industry.
I know my wife was a bit pushy asking for the final price (,apologies Harry)However, no problem 5 minutes we had invoice and the price very resonable,, SJP Signs has a "Take Good Care Policy for all clients customers , Travling North Stateline or San Diego
Th next meetings and all handled by email,,.We approved

Terrible business practices!!! Talked to someone named Harry and he asked me to send info to his email address. Sent info same day and week later no response. I called and he said he will get back to me before day is over. It has been 2 days since that conversation. Probably got enough business to screen job size. If he is not interested, he should say it...not leave someone hanging.
