I was tasked with coordinating the installation of some signage for my building in the Financial District and Martin Sign Company helped me to craft very tasteful and affordable vinyl signage for our lobby's front door. They were very patient throughout the entire process, which involved numerous changes from our HOA, and always maintained an affable demeanor from start to finish. Highly recommend them!

This review is a little overdue. I opened my new business on March 18. I transformed my children's shop of almost 10 years into a beauty boutique. I stayed in my location so I wanted new signage to reflect my new look and overall design. I got quotes back from the manager Jesse in a timely manner and my installer was awesome. Very meticulous and friendly. My new sign looks beautiful, very classy!

Really helpful vendor I trust and use for lots of huge projects involving environmental/wayfinding. What I've appreciated most about working with them is how willing and eager they are to experiment with new materials like dichroic laminate and custom acrylic+vinyl combos, even wheatpasting giant collages. They're super responsive about files managing and helpful with teaching things along the way. Plus they're just cool guys. Today one even bought me Chinese food. Thanks again dude.

We purchased a property in alameda about 10 years ago. we've been pretty hands off for awhile now, but the neighborhood is changing rapidly and we wanted to make some improvements to our building.

They are very customer oriented and will help you until your satisfied with the details of your project. We worked with Larry and his team to create our kiosk signs, graphic wall and menu boards. We cannot be happier with how everything turned out. We will definitely work with Larry and his team on future projects.

I worked with Martin Sign Company to fabricate and install and new lobby sign for my company. I worked directly with Sam and he was wonderful. We have a VERY tight timeline and he walked me through everything and confirmed delivery dates with me along the way. I was worried we would not have the sign in time but alas all went smoothly. This is a great company and I couldn't be more please.

Marty, the owner, came out for an appt and we went through the store together. He asked me for a list of the signage we had talked about, complete with sizes. I had that for him by the next day.

He said he had a bigger job to work on through that weekend but would be able to cost out everything for me by mid next week. By the end of that week I hadn't heard from him and reminded him. He said he'd get to it.

Another WEEK went by. Nothing.

Reminded him again and he didn't even respond to that email. It's been three more weeks after that and nothing.

Matt did good by me. I'm so glad I found someone who can really understand my signage needs and get jobs done quickly. The sign business is funny but these guys don't joke around.

Matt and his team built a few vinyl-graphics and digital printing signs for me and they came out really slick. He had creative ideas on how to present the signs and how to keep them looking neat and tidy. I had a design I gave him and he improved on it significantly. He also understands the fine art side of digital printing so I use his services for my art projects too.

Martin Sign Company was a bit shot in the dark as we hadn't heard much about them but our experience with the sign company was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be doing all of our business with these guys in the future.

The response and processing times of their team were impeccable even though we changed our design multiple times and were operating on a very short timeline.

They were even gracious enough to send us small samples of what our sign would look like, in order for us to be completely sure about our purchasing decision.

Overall Martin Sign Company was a fast, high quality

I heard good things about this company but was very disappointed in the customer service. I called one week ago to discuss getting signs made for my vans and also banners & business cards. After giving all my details I was told I would recieve a phone call within 24hrs that never happened. Four days later I called them again to see what was going on gave all my details again and was told the same crap that someone would call me back the same day 3 days later and still no return call. You must not need any new business but a return call would of been enough for me. I took my business elsewhere

My impression is that this company is run by guys who do not settle for anything less than perfect. My business bought a new car and we needed it's signage to be exactly the same as the other vehicles in our fleet. From the very beginning, Dan had me confident that a mirror image would be the end result. He made the process very easy and I could not have asked for better customer service.

Matt and Marty came out to do the installation. All four sides of the vehicle were done in about 45 minutes, which was nice considering I left my vehicle overnight at the last place I had signage done
