In 1986, Ann Davis challenged two industry standards when she opened the doors of her real estate brokerage. In a field long dominated by men, Ann Davis & Associates was a brokerage owned and managed entirely by women. Furthermore, the company was founded on Ann's unique vision - that by fostering a culture of teamwork, education and shared expertise, she could guarantee success for her growing organization of real estate professionals.
ERA Central Realty Group's Cream Ridge office opened in 1991 and is located at 210 Route 539 in Cream Ridge NJ, just minutes off Interstate 195 and the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 7A. The surrounding area abounds with large and small farms, some of the best horse training and breeding facilities in the state, as well as orchards, vegetable farms and six area golf courses.
The office in Freehold opened in 1986. It moved to the Barclay Square Plaza at 3338 Route 9 South in 1997 and then quickly expanded into double the original space. Highway 9 is a major road, providing north and south access throughout the state, but unlike the Turnpike and the Parkway, it is lined with stores and offices and is alive with commerce on a daily basis.
