Several months ago I decided a pharmacy that delivers is something of the past, the good old days, because not driving anymore made it difficult to visit a pharmacy. Pleasant people to talk to on the phone and even though there were a few bumps in the road we got those ironed out and now good sailing. I like how pleasant the delivery people are and this makes my life a little less complicated.

When my daughter had a fever and two ear infections, I was told that her medication would be delivered to my doorstep that day...fast forward 5 hours later, I call them to confirm it was still coming...they inform me they don't have it. Now I'm scrambling to make sure my daughter gets her medication while frustrated that NO ONE from SpotRx bothered to call and communicate this to me. My daughter has been in agony all day despite tylenol given...I am extremely disappointment with the poor communication, unprofessionalism, and inability to complete an order.

They make something as easy as prescription refills and convolute the process to the point of utter frustration. One mistake after another and just an endless number of phone calls trying to fix their medley of errors. I wish I would've followed my gut extinct and just stopped at a local pharmacy on my way home and picked up my meds. Everything would have been much simpler.

Called and spoke to these people three times. Showed up in person. The staff said they were located towards the back of the building. Horrible customer service. The lady said she was a floater did not know what she was doing. She said every facility is different. Long story short I did not get my meds. I will not be going to this place again.

SpotRX is amazing! I just recently transferred prescriptions from myself and some family members and the staff have been amazing in making sure that we’re all taken care of. Is 10 stars an option?!?!?! I cannot express the amount of complete satisfaction I have with Pharmacy. I set up an account that included 10 different people, did it wrong, they fixed it. I had wrong I.D. numbers, they literally worked miracles and fixed that too. They got scripts to go through insurance without flinching where CVS and Walgreens needed additional documentation. Their delivery system is amazing!!! Anytime I have ever had a special request or circumstances come up that have required extra from them, they have provided. Same day delivery is what we typically require and they are always
