Mark Fritschle first began selling real estate in Ocean City, Maryland in 1975, establishing Condominium Realty, Ltd. just a few years later in 1977. Today the Mark Fritschle Group at Condominium Realty, Ltd. is still a family owned and operated business with Mark, Lora, and Grant Fritschle all actively involved in its daily operations.
A second-generation Ocean City Realtor and the eldest son of Mark Fritschle, Grant has spent the last 20 years helping hundreds of his customers and clients buy and sell their beach properties. I spent most of last Saturday looking at residential property with the help of Clint Bickford of the Mark Fritschle Group. We looked at, and, or, discussed Snow HIll, Berlin, Princess Anne, Salisbury, and Ocean City. Clint was very knowledgeable in each area.
In looking at properties, Clint helped me understand the +/-'s of each property, and while he let me know when a property was listed by his real estate group, I never felt like he was pushing their properties.
Clint has some construction experience, as he actively participated in the renovation of his own home, so he was even helpful
