45 minute wait and still not seen the doctor when I decided to leave and find a different eye doctor. Condescending office manager, inefficient check in procedure. To add insult to injury, I had to walk next door to get water from Chick Fil A because this office had none to offer. Then I was lectured on the fact it was a medical office that many medical offices don't offer water. When I suggested to the lady that hydrating is necessary, especially in south Texas, she wanted to debate me about it. Who needs this?

When I first entered, EyeSight Healthcare, my husband and I were greeted warmly by Frances and Tammy. We noticed the beauty of the decor as we walked in as well. We signed in, and were immediately helped. We began the process of checking in and completing our medical information on iPads. As soon as I was finished, I was taken in to the pretest… room for evaluation. Once my evaluation was over, I was put into the exam room. In less than 5 minutes, Dr. Gates was in the room and began to discuss the pretest findings with me. He asked me several questions about what my exact needs and vision
