Services
Personal Assistance Services (PAS) support ongoing care and activities of daily living required by an individual in their residence in order to continue living independently in their home. Your eligibility is determined by your income, and your physical and medical needs by the state.
PHC/PAS allowable tasks include: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, exercising, toileting, positioning, transfer and ambulation, laundry, meal preparation, cleaning, routine skin and hair care, assistance with self-administered medications, shopping and other activities of daily living.

They don't care about their employees they only care about them I was sick on covid never once called me to see if I was ok but right away they were calling to see why I hadn't show up for work when I had already told them I was positive for covid or when ever I need something from them they take for ever to get back at you but go ahead and miss some hours their quick to call and see why u didn't show up very bad staff.

My wife worked here.
This company is beyond unprofessional, certain managers in this company will give a "new" job time 5-15 minutes past the time the job is suppose to begin example: "texts you a address" at 515pm saying you need to be there from 5pm-8pm, this address will be anywhere from 15-30 minutes away.
She quit, they then gave her 3 hours of "working time" for the 17.5 hours she did work.
Calls were ignored or redirected, texts ignored.
My wife was only there for 1 week (so no major loss) but based off of this week. There are many people that mysteriously "lost" hours, which was another

Stay away from this agency, some managers, need managers training specially Patricia Gonzalez, from El Paso,her body language, that your concerns aren't important enough to take care of. So disorganized, and that you need to have a bed bound patient for more gloves, if all these reviews are important to you, as a business, fix it, don't just throw under rug, and hope that one day it"'ll fix itself

I have wrote several emails without a reply, don’t care about the clients, most employees don’t speak English and don’t wear protective mask, gloves. Please don’t have Maria Elena Peña work for you. She is terrible to work with. Most of the staff don’t know what is going on with the employees, don’t do house visits. Terrible agency, I Highly DO NOT recommend! Stay away from this agency.
