As I close out my Invisalign journey I am almost sad to leave my Dr. Marris family. I've spent so much time here between braces and invisalign. This office is clean, efficient and has always treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. This is the only place I will ever go to for orthodontics :)

The customer service has gone down tremendously compared to when I first started coming to this facility two years ago. The young lady who took my temp(I didn’t catch her name) was very friendly and welcoming. Vanessa (I think that’s her name) is always very friendly and personable. However, the young ladies sitting at the front desk were just staring at me and didn’t speak. Dr. Marris, was rude towards me and didn’t even speak to me when she came over to examine my mouth. Her tone and her insinuating that I must not be doing the right thing for the reason I have had 10 broken brackets
