Carpe Diem Hair Studio Inc. opened in 1995 near historic downtown West Bend. Located at the corner of 6th Avenue and Walnut Street, you will find Carpe Diem Hair Studio in a 160 year old building that is continuing to reinvent itself. Carpe Diem Hair Studio continues to attract its stylists and customers by its reputation of continuing education and serving the clients to the highest ability.
An environmentally driven company, Aveda, offers a full line of hair care, skin care and make-up. Bumble and Bumble is a premier line of hair products based out of New York City that continues to strive to deliver a unique brand of hair care. Redken balances science with a street sense of fashion to stay on the cutting edge of men's hair care products.
There are so many choices out there for clients. My goal is always to make my clients' experiences stand out, from the time they get into my chair to the minute they leave the salon. I love making people feel good about themselves. 13 years of experience as a stylist. Kim started at Carpe Diem Hair Studio as a receptionist and soon after, decided to begin the apprentice program.

My daughter has special needs and gets her haircut by Cassidy. She always does a great job and doesn't make me feel like it's a hassel working around her wheelchair and lack of head control. I have Ashlea cut my hair and I'm never disappointed. They aren't pushy with salon product purchases and I always have great conversation with these ladies! Highly recommend this salon 💜💙💚

Just needed a quick appointment for a wax, they were very timely and courteous. The lovely lady who did my appointment was great! As painless as possible, and helpful cause im trying to even my brows out. Price was fair and I enjoyed the atmosphere so worth every cent. Probably will be coming back for my cut and highlights next. Thanks for the great customer service.

The hairdresser I got was great- personable and an expert stylist. I got a great haircut from them about a year ago because I couldn’t fine my hairdresser. The atmosphere was nice, also they had drinks they offered you. They also have make, not sure want brand but very beautiful colors of eyeshadows and blushes. 4 stars just because I felt it was a little to pricey. Overall a great place and friendly staff.

My future daughter-in-law is new to the area and needed a salon that could do her hair and her bridesmaids hair for her wedding day. Unfortunately, I found Carpe Diem for her. It had good reviews. She went for the Bridal trial. She paid $105. Her hair ended up looking ridiculous. You would think that she would’ve gotten one of the best stylist since she is the bride. So I can only imagine how the bridesmaids hair would’ve turned out. The salon only has one type of foundation. So her face ended up looking at oily after an hour. Previously had great experiences here. Last two highlights done without enough lift. The stylist I was with was younger as both my stylists were out on Maternity leave. Most recently at carpediem my hair was so dark after toning that I came and had the toner removed. My hair appeared dark and not a color I have ever had before. In speaking with another stylist from another salon, they stated it needed to be lifted before toning and that whatever the new gal was doing was not enough to lift the color. I decided to go back and speak with owner and he was beyond rude. He stated my hair was beyond

This is where I came with my bridesmaids for our hair for my wedding. Overall, wonderful experience! They gave us our own area to sit in, they listened to what we wanted, and had us in and out quickly. My only complaint was that two of the stylists were apprentices and struggled very hard with the hair. (One was putting Bobby pins in upside down.) It caused the other two stylists to frequently leave their spots to help. They did knock a little off the price for those who had the apprentices, but we weren't told until afterwards that they were.
