I was hoping I wasn’t going to have to do this, but they left me no choice!! We had been loyal customers for almost 20 years if not more! We recently were sold a new heating and AC system to replace an old. After many issues with the condensation pump and numerous visits to try and figure out why it was unable to keep up with the volume of condensation it was producing, I was left hanging hard. Last Sept the sales manager Mike Kelly promised me he would communicate with the dealer to find a solution for my problems. He was to get back to me, never heard from him the rest of that summer or all

We discovered we had no working air conditioning during on a Sunday during an extreme heat wave. We called for emergency service. Bob returned our call within a few minutes, arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed issue. We needed a new system. Steve came out Monday, the next day, to assess, measure and research new unit options, and got back to us that day with a proposal and installation 2 days later, even though the office was closed in celebration of their Founders Day. On Sunday afternoon we lost air conditioning. Reached out to Harriett’s emergency service. Within minutes received a call from Harriett’s technician, John. Explained what was happening and he stated he would be right over. John arrived and immediately inspected the entire unit inside and outside along with the house thermostat. John identified… the problem and put all back in working order. We were back with a smooth running air conditioner. John was knowledgeable, courteous and patient! Harrietts came out to service our AC and went above and beyond. Their service tech John has done our boiler too and both times he has come here the job was done right. I would highly recommend John and Harrietts to anyone. We have had other companies here and it just wasn't up to the same standards as what John did for us.

I've been using Harriett's for years to service my old boiler (Weil Mclain CG series boiler.)
My boiler and water heater were over 25+ years old, sadly the boiler started having some issues.
Had Harrietts over and they were able to put in a Weil McLain Aquabalance combo boiler/on-demand water heater.
The installation looks wonderful, sadly now I have to paint the walls and floor to match the beatiful installation.
The heater is so quiet, and the space savings is amazing.

8/9/18-$481 plus tax to service my gas heater and 2 ac units! This included $102 part.
Their tech was nice enough
8/30/18 second floor ac unit not cooling well. My commercial HVAC guy came and checked. Hard start kit bad, service port clogged, UNIT NOT CLEANED!
I complained and H offered to send someone to quote the repair.
No thanks, I feel ripped off..

I was quoted a price and was told they offer senior discounts 10/24/17 and I called back to discuss further and make an appointment. The technician Phil came on 11/11/17 to take measurements. I received a call from the office 11/28/17, I do not believe the woman gave me her name. The price was higher, and I specifically asked on 10/27/17 if the price included the necessary permits and was told yes. Well, no senior discount on product, whatever that means, and price did not include the permits. Then to top it off I asked because the price was so much higher and I wanted the job completed by

After getting several quotes from different heating companies I decided to go with Harriet's to do my oil to gas conversion and insulate my attic. They made the process easy. They came on time both days and were extremely professional and cleaned up their mess. My house is a lot warmer and the heater is working splendidly. We had an issue with the thermostat not controlling the heater correctly but their senior technician fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area that is in the market to convert or replace their heater.
