I was looking for dainty/minimalist small hoops and wasn’t sure if a jewelry store would carry the style I was looking for and boy was I wrong. Joan and Ashley helped me find the perfect hoops and even helped me put them in when I struggled to do so, talk about great customer service! The hoops were super affordable and I will be buying more jewelry from them in the future! Highly recommend them to anyone, especially those who value family owned businesses!

If you're looking for anything having to do with jewelry design or repair, save yourself the search and just head over to the Jewelry Lady. I had a fussy-but-beautiful heirloom ring repaired and strengthened for a reasonable price, but there was something more to it than just getting good service. Ashley is the person I worked with and she was like making a new friend -- that's how much I felt like she cared about helping me with a piece of jewelry that means a lot to me. Highly, highly recommend this locally owned (by women, yes!) business.
