The use of a drone to inspect your roof allows the inspector to access areas that are very high, difficult to access and unsafe to walk on. Our Certified Professional Inspector will use a remote control to fly a drone over the roof and capture high resolution video and images of the entire home. This method allows the the inspector to access areas that other inspection companies refuse to walk on.
Pool and spa inspections are examinations completed per the American Society of Home Inspectors standards for pools and spas. The review comprises of checking pool equipment, the exterior of the pool, the heater and pump and other electrical components. It also covers the interior of the pool as well as making sure that the water supply system is not faulty.

Brian was a nice guy but was extremely unprofessional during our inspection. He spent a good deal of time talking with the seller about home mortgage rates (as the seller was a mortgage broker). He was super chatty with the seller and was trying to see if he could get a better home mortgage rate through him. We were the buyers and were paying him to do the inspection. He missed a number of important details throughout the home [holes in doors and door frames, broken sprinklers (we specifically asked him to evaluate the sprinklers), toilets loose from the floor, etc). Brian at OC Home Inspect was fantastic! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I are new to the home inspection process and did not really know what to expect (other than what we had researched). Compared to other companies, Brian was a lot more affordable, yet still delivered impeccable service. He came on time, told us we were welcome to do our own thing and/or shadow him during the walk-through, and at the end would go through a detailed report. This is the second time I have called on Brian to do a home inspection because I was impressed with his work the first time around 3 years ago. He is very meticulous and efficient, even when evaluating a larger than average home. His reports are clear with nice pictures of problem areas. He also takes the time to go through his most important findings with the house buyer. Also, he was able to email me his report the same day as the inspection!

Brian went over and beyond what we thought an inspector would do! He showed up right on time. And took his time.
I like to think I'm detail oriented but he saw things, found outlets and concerns we didn't even know were there! He was able to scan for water leaks (discovered an old one), non working outlets, leaky sky lights and more. Loved the visuals on his iPad. He had each concern circled so we knew exactly what the issue was. Even had some easy solution for us.
He even went onto the roof of the condo. Impressive. Thorough. I'd have no problem whatsoever recommending anyone

Brian was GREAT! On time, very communicative, incredibly perceptive, patient with my questions while I casually tailed him, and had a full report in my inbox within two hours of completing the house walk-through. Has a drone for roof shots, and all of the needed equipment to get his hands dirty in leaving no stone unturned. He's my fifth inspector in my life, and -by far- my new favorite. Recommend.
