I'm Johnny Scering, a Certified home inspector and CEO of Logic Inspection Group, a local and independently owned business operating out of Orange, California. Buying a house is like buying a used car. The car may be beautiful on the outside but you don't know what problems are lurking under the hood.
This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you're making. Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Most new home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses.
If it wasn't for Johnny, we would have been in big trouble. The house we were buying in Corona is pretty on the outside but all broken inside. He helped us find a water leak and using his infra-red gun, he showed us where the leak is coming from and how bad the damage is. Then he found that our AC wasn't working efficiently.

Johnny did our home inspection, he was very professional and took the time to show us what he was checking and give us explanation. At the end of the inspection he explained to us his findings and took the time to show us and give his professional opinion. Later that night we received the detailed report via email with pictures. Pictures really made it clear and easy to share.
We also had several questions as it will be our first home and he took the time to answered our questions. I would definitely recommend him.
