I see Nichole for dry needling and she is amazing! As a dentist, I have chronic stiffness and trigger points in my neck and shoulders and she is so great at helping loosen those areas and make me pain free. I’ve had needling done by other practitioners in the past and she is by far the best! Not to mention she just so welcoming and sweet. She has a client for life!

I brought my 14 year old daughter to Best Life Physical Therapy after she dislocated her knee cap in November. She was preparing for a national cheer competition at the time of her injury and Meghan Helvig quickly got my daughter on track to healing and pushing through her injury. Meghan got her through her competitions to the point where she is now back into tumbling and cheer 100%. They are awesome at Best Life! The entire staff is friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

I visited Best Life Physical Therapy for the first time a couple years ago. Dr. King was very professional and very skilled. She found the root of the problem for both my shoulder and my knees. I have had issues with my left knee since 2012. I had been to multiple physical therapists and doctors about my knee but there did not seem to be an answer. After two visits Dr. King had me on the right track. I wore a knee brace of some sort on that knee from 2012 to 2018. Six months after my visit I was no longer wearing a brace and was back to lifting heavy weight and playing basketball like it never

I have been treated by Dr. Nichole King at Best Life Physical Therapy for a couple of different sports related injuries. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and attentive.
