I have paid a deposit for the pictures and have yet to be able to contact someone. I have quite a few questions and no one has returned my emails or phone calls and I have been trying since September to reach someone, it is now January. I would not recommend them. Poor customer service.

Two years in a row now my daughter's hair was cut out of the pic!! And with teens a redo is a no no... Well at least with mine:/ honestly I'm very dissatisfied with quality of pictures. They need new photographers!! I will take them to get pics done somewhere else next school year!
