Terrible - wont fix a botched hair dye job bc i asked 2 months after - actually i explained i work 2 weeks a month away - they will only fix something 1 week after !! Strike 1 -
I walked in to talk to a tier 3 who agreed color was dark -
First time given a big project and its butchered and will not fix . Have to pay . I have dealt w aveda salons in different cities - - this has NEVER happened and I've never experienced this ! EVER ! - strike 1
I changed stylist and went up a tier ..
typically not bad , haircuts always come out shorter than i execr even when i say " keep the length

This was my first time going but overall it was great! I had to make an impromptu appointment due to having my hair cut at a different salon and it was botched! I cannot thank Courtney enough for actually taking the time to not only listen to what I wanted done to my hair (what the stylist at the other location did not do) but also taking the time to cut & style as wished which saved my hair!! I was so upset prior but I am so happy I made an appointment here! It's been a difficult and failing journey finding a good stylist for me so I am beyond excited to have somewhere I can confidently

I am absolutely THRILLED I found this place. I’m new to the area and was desperately searching for a new stylist. I hit the jackpot with Mari G. She is a total pro and an absolute pleasure to be around. As many of you know, a stylist’s energy is just as important as their skill set! I moved from the New England to Florida last year and struggled to find a salon that could do blond highlights well. I found Mari at Drew James Salon by chance and she is amazing! My highlights are beautiful each and every time. Mari is an absolute professional that spends time with her clients to understand what they want and then achieves it. I won’t trust my hair to anyone else.

I've o my been here once... I hate looking for a stylist and have had no luck recently at any of the places I've gone to. I saw Courtney here and I hope she doesn't quit or change locations any time soon- because that's who I will be going to see from now on. You can tell that she knows what she is doing. I give awful directions to people when they ask me how I want my hair cut... I don't know what I want. I just k ow that I like my hair to be blended well and not look like it was cut by a blind 4 year old. Courtney is very, very good. I'll be coming back to see her

Mari is by far the stylist you want cutting and coloring your hair.
Before I let her color my hair, I saw her 3 times before for a cut. I felt that if she LISTENED to me about what I wanted, then we could go on to coloring. I have come across stylists that say they will do as you want then end up cutting what THEY seem to think it is. Not with Mari! She listens and follows YOUR ideas completely. My color is perfectly matched to what I wanted. She is attentive and has a good sense of style. She is good humored too!
I will continue to see her. The place is ALWAYS clean and the staff adheres to Covid

Forget my disastrous hair fiasco.
It's a PANDEMIC, this place is so so disgusting & dirty and OUTSIDE OF MASK WEARING THEY FOLLOW NO OTHER CDC GUIDELINES.
My hair was washed at a sink where at least 5 other customers washed their hair and THE TOWEL ON THE SINK WHERE YOU REST YOUR HEAD WAS WET AND UNCHANGED, I had to ask another stylist, an Asian lady for a clean towel.
Allyssa was my stylist, if she's allowed that title, needs to find another career.

I had a great experience at Drew James Salon with Mari. I've been looking for someone to cut my hair just the way I like it and I found her. Amazing haircut, you can tell she is very skilled. On top of that she's super friendly and easy to talk with comfortably. The salon was efficient and clean, and I was able to get an appointment easily through their online system. Will definitely be back and make it my regular salon, thanks Mari!

I started using Drew James Salon in 2019 after relocating to South Florida and I won't go anywhere else. I have used a few different stylist but once I found Mari no one else touches my hair. She always knows what to do, what will look good and what won't, she's honest and I love that she is always learning, teaching herself new skills. I recently went in with really bad build up and emotionally distraught over my hair, within 20 minutes my world was right again and my hair looked fabulous!!!

All I have to say is "MARI, MARI, MARI!". I came here for the first time today without having ever gotten my hair professionally colored and I'm officially hooked. I had no idea what I wanted going in, and Mari took the reins and we FLEW. I am now a beautiful blonde! All of the staff work together to be efficient as a unit, and every staff member is constanrchecking to make sure that all customers are taken care of. I have never had a better experience at a salon. Will absolutely be coming back. Thank you guys!

5 stars for Colin and 1 for Heather. Went there to get balayage and root melt. I saw Heather first. I don't mind paying more for good work, but she is inexperienced, and the hair job was sloppy. Roots stayed the same color, my hair was striped different colors, and the roots were not touched at all. When her next client came in, she started rushing. I pointed out the incomplete job, and she pretended that I wasn't seeing it right. She took zero accountability, and did not offer to make it right.

I went there to get a brow wax and brow dye. I needed a haircut and they were able to fit me in for that. My stylist was Heather and I just want to tell you how amazing she was. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She even went above and beyond just cutting my hair. I have very thick hair and she thinned it out and cut it perfectly. I have been looking for a great stylist for quite a while and I will definitely go back to see Heather. My hair looks and feels fantastic. I had an amazing experience at this salon. I was looking to get a ashy blonde balayage done, and Mari absolutely killed it! Her patience, love, and passion she has for her clients goes unnoticed. She took the time to make me feel comfortable and really understood what I wanted and made it work!!! Highly recommend Mari for balayage/ highlights. Best experience with her and I'm so glad I found her!!

A friend of mine recommended this salon to me, I naturally have very dark brown almost black hair. I decided to make the translation to light hair after many years and was super nervous about it, I knew my hair most likely wouldn't get as light as I wanted in the first session but it ended up coming out almost exactly the way I hoped for. Heather killed it! I'll definitely be coming back to her for my hair needs in the future! The rest of the staff were all super happy and helpful, despite the hard times we are all experiencing now

My husband and I had a good experience at this place, they were welcoming and gave us a date very quickly.
My haircuts are very simple since I barely have any hair. But Courtney (I think that was her name) cut my husband's hair very well and styled it perfectly. He wasn't exactly the easiest client because he has so much hair, specially after spending a few months in quarantine, and he usually prefers to have his hair cut only with scissors instead of using the machine. But she did a wonderful job.

I have been going to this salon on and off for 15+ years. I admit I sometimes stray to check out somewhere more convenient to my job or new and trendy...but I continue to make my way back!! I highly recommend Lucy- who cuts and colors my hair, but the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their shampoo and head message is always a welcome treat and the front desk is polite and caring.

After decades of wearing my crazy curly Italian hair super short & straightening every day, I decided to embrace my curls & grow them out.
I met KATHY @ DREW JAMES last fall and she did not "cut" my still-growing-out hair, but she snipped, de-bulked, styled and showed me some techniques and products to help me LOVE my growing curls through the holidays. I have NEVER left a salon feeling so uplifted, b/c they usually blow dry me straight which I cannot ever duplicate!
Today, I saw Kathy again after 3 more mos of growth, just dusting shoulders now, and more of the same great

I've been to this salon several times but today was the last straw. I always saw Lyn because she was said to be good with blonde hair. Before I called the first visit they told me the amount but when I went to pay it increased $50 without my consent because the hair dresser never talked prices with me.
I kept going to her and recently she did a horrible job own my full head of highlights. She didn't actually cover my hair and the color was brassy and it didn't cover my roots. I went back because they said she could fix it for free within the week. - she did the bare minimum.
