After issues with our former orthodontist, Dr. Shao was able to see us the same week, get our plan created and x-rays done at our first appointment, and get my son started with his new orthodontic appliance quickly. They have great weekend hours, since kids always wait until Friday night to tell you when something isn't right. There's never a wait when we arrive and last minute appointments are easy to get. The staff is helpful and friendly, too. My son isn't afraid to go to the orthodontist any more! Thank you Dr. Shao.
