I contacted Mandy at Dave Powell's agency for some general questions related to my coverages. I must say, she was very pleasant. Mandy was able to access my information quickly and her knowledge of my products was impressive. Not only was it easy to get my inquiry done quickly, but her ability to anticipated my overall needs was impressive as well. Without solicitation, she was able to quickly identify ways I could save on my premiums and quickly identified options that I was missing; options I definitely wanted should an incident or claim happen. I would definitely give high recommendation to using State Farm and their agent Mandy Willeford. She is very professional but also down to earth and you instantly feel comfortable around her. Most insurance agencies don't have people like her that handle business the way they should, while also valuing the customer and their needs like they are her own. Thank you Mandy!!

So, let me start off by saying I hate shopping for insurance. I never know what kind of coverage to get. Mandy took time to explain everything to me. I never felt like I was being sold to, or her time was an issue. She took time to customize a plan that fit my needs and made sure I got every discount I deserve. I will send everyone I know to Mady!
