Plans that take your Original Medicare Part A and Part B -AND- Part D, rolls into one plan and can include extra benefits such as vision, dental, hearing aids, transportation, OTC benefit, gym membership, among others. For people with CHRONIC HEALTH PROBLEMS -OR- People who are DUAL ELIGIBLE (have both Medicare and Medicaid).
