I gave Chuck half down on a large storefront sign for my small business two months ago. The one proof was for $3,800 and I agreed. I gave chuck a check in good faith for half down of $1,850 to get the business moving. Since that time I have literally attempted to contact Schaefer Sign Works over 15 times through phone, text and email. He has disappeared and completely stolen my company’s funds. I had one of my associates call to inquire on 04/07 while I was with him. Chuck answered I assume because it was née money coming in to his company. My associate handed me the phone and I appropriately
