We had roadside assistance and waited for over 3 hrs and they never even had anyone coming for us and we were stuck in the side of the highway. I finally called Mikes Towing Service and he had a tow truck to us in less than 15 min and VERY reasonably priced. HIGHLY RECOMMED!! Beautiful job guys!!

Had an appointment at Temple University this morning at 9:30 am. My pops dropped us off at the entrance while he went to go find parking and waited in the car for us until my appointment was done. My mom and I are walking back to the car and get the bad news from my pops, the car ain't working. We called and called and called, no one answered, no one helped us. Beware! Don't trust them! I called because my car wouldn't start. They told me it would be a two hour wait. I made the mistake of believing them. 4 hours later I tried calling them. No answer. I left a message. No response. They abandoned me completely.
It's the next day. They never called back. Don't use this horrible company!!!

I have used this company for a few different services on my own and through my roadside service and I have never had a bad experience from the initial call to the driver arriving they kept me informed more thr the motor club did and were honest about time and delays pertaining to traffic for weather and I appreciated that the most. everyone wants immediate service but unless you drive for a living and have to deal with other drivers and the unpredictable road hazards you would not understand what tow service drivers deal with and I just wanted to say thank you for all the service you provide and

Called around 5pm on Saturday to have my vehicle towed. Was told it would be an hour and I would receive a call in 45 minutes. 2 hours went by with no call. I had a friend waiting by the vehicle for me. I called Mike's again and they said that they would contact the person coming and have him call me immediately. Waited 30 minuets with no call and told my friend to leave. Waited another hour and called Mike's again around 9pm. The website says the office is open until midnight but I was directed to voicemail. Left a very polite and detailed message. Waited an hour. No call back. Called

Called multiple times, finally got someone on the line. Scheduled a pickup the next day. I asked for assurance that they would be there at the stated time and place. I was told not to worry - they would call about 90 minutes before arrival. 90 minutes came and went, tried calling, no one answered the phone, had to go elsewhere. Never got a call back.
I should have known, the person answering the phone didn't convey to me that they had a schedule they stick to. I tried to make it as easy as possible to give them my money but they didn't need it. Ended up paying $90 more somewhere else

I needed my car towed to a near by shop. They offered great service from the start. Good phone etiquette, very friendly, and listened. Same with the driver, super nice, and pleasant to chat with. They did a great job getting to me in a quick and timely manner. I found it to be affordable and would definitely recommend them. They are saved in my phone just in case something comes up!

Literally just got dropped off at my dealership. Such a great experience during a crappy situation of needing your car towed. My dealership kind of shuttled me away to get paperwork done and I am sad I didn't have a chance to thank the man that helped me. I am so glad Mikes is in business, I don't know how else to give a glowing review and I am definitely going to call their main office. Fabulous service.

I had received an "Abandoned Vehicle Report" from the police department stating my car that was involved in a hit-and-run and just sitting on a friend's street was now potentially going to be towed! I hurried and rented a car, drove to where my car was located, thank god it was still there, and I quickly looked up towing services in the area.
